It was the fault of Thomas Edison, with his evil light bulb, phonograph, moving pictures, etc. What right did he have to bring us into the 20th Century? Plus other rich robber barrons who were not paying their fair share of taxes and exploiting people of color, not to mention the oppression of gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders.

There is no “SAFE” level of CO2 or any atmospheric gas. Weather is giong to do just what it has done since this planet started experiencing weather patterns.
The weather does not give a $hit what the concentration of some minor gas is.Atmospheric concentrations of H2O are part of the weather patterns, so they are an effect rather than a cause.
Maybe a Cranialanalectomy would help the likes of Hansen and Mckitten.

Another example of ‘good’ science gets a Nobel.
Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine of 1949 was awarded to António Egas Moniz for the “discovery of the therapeutic value of leucotomy in certain psychoses”
His ‘invention’ of slice and dice the brain was based on no experimental data.
