There is no meaningful difference in Missouri temperature trends between morning/night and afternoon stations. TOBS adjustments do nothing but corrupt the data set.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Few years old news but….only place known to have convergence of more than 12 road lanes. Auckland NZ….temperature gauge….guess where?
Thanks for the maps, Steven. Why are stations for afternoon and morning/night temperature recordings at physically different locations?
People in warmer climates may be more likely to take their readings in the morning.
