    So I just checked the monthly climate reports from Anchorage for Dec-Feb. Dec was 3 degrees below normal, Jan 3.5 below normal, and Feb 1.5 below normal.     With regard to the purported lack of snow, have they forgotten it can’t snow is impossible below a certain temperature? Lack of snow could be from extreme cold, not just unusual warmth.
