I think a Mr Schicklgruber once said “Who, after all, speaks today of the annihilation of the Armenians? before starting his own genocide campaign. So I would say remembering all these things is good, especially if enough people keep pointing out where the eco-communists are taking us.
The most successful genocides are the ones which are not remembered. Why not remembered? Because everyone who cared is dead.
Who remembers the Belgian murder of perhaps as many as 10,000,000 Congolese?
Not many people remember imperial genocide events in Africa.
