Yesterday was 84F in Clarksville, TN – but in 1952 it was 110F on the same date.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

I am glad I do not live in clarksville! The all time record for my area is 108 – set back in the 30s.
84 is the new 110.
We are breaking low temperature and low-high temperature records all over our state this month. Forecast to be in the 50’s tonight!!! … Are you freaking kidding me? … July 29th, and our high today MIGHT make it to 81F … are you freaking kidding me?
For the second year in a row, I am having a very difficult time keeping my pool warm enough to swim… at this rate, I’m gonna have to buy a pool heating system .. In freaking Nashville!!! … are you freaking kidding me?
Current forecast low for tonight — 54F
That will shatter the low temperature record for this date!
Long range forecast shows barely into the 90’s for the remainder of this summer. Only approximately 1 weeks worth of 90F temperatures (and barely 90F) …
While this makes for great golf, it sux for everything else!
Many stations in TN are only in the low to mid 70’s at 2 PM today today. On a sunny day! Those are mid to late October type temperatures.
