   We are expecting over a foot of global warming to fall today / tomorrow here in Northern Ireland. It is currently a blizzard outside, with 44000 homes without power. This is the most snow we have seen in the last 20 years. The forecast is for freezing weather for the next week.

   I have a friend snowed in in North Wales. Here in the South West, it’s been raining for two days.

   Steve – World Cup qualifiers this weekend (lots tonight, in fact – San Marino .v. England, for example) and mid-week as well. Then back to the league. Montenegro .v. England on Tuesday could be fun.
