Greens believe that mankind is immediately punished by angry eco-Gods as retribution for using fossil fuels.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

What’s telling here, is that this demonstrates how the discipline of science has changed.
Big snowstorm. Can we connect that to AGW?
Ship stuck in the expanding sea ice down under. How do we connect that to AGW?
Powerful jet stream brings severe storms to the UK. Can we show that AGW plays with the jet stream?
Either Bill has taken to many psychotropic drugs or not enough of them.
Hasn’t Colorado had a very wet year?
I thought California was on the west coast.
In all climate alarm, the simple street smart concept that reality often thwarts theory has been lost, and so few still even know that alarm is based on a supercomputer model positive feedback hypothesis tacked onto the old greenhouse theory. In any highly complex system, greater greenhouse forcing at a specific wavelengths in specific layers of the atmosphere could readily lead to either a fully chaotic response either way or to steady cooling as, say, more reflective clouds form, or something as simple as more soot being precipitated out before it reaches the arctic, or any of thousands of possible negative feedbacks. What made even competent Gorebots melt down into blathering idiocy was my regular suggestion that ocean cycles that dominate climate in degree Celsius manner might just be quasi-periodically chaotic not just on decadal scales but also century scales. All I got back was straw stuffed in my shirt about denying the classic greenhouse effect.
Mere representative politicians get a pass as long as the vast majority of working academic scientists not only ignore the scam but jump on the bandwagon too. Five established guys just isn’t a loud enough voice and we don’t even have five famous scientists on our side. Physicist Brian Greene of Columbia, for instance, is a warmist. Where is Steven Hawking? Craig Venter? Richard Dawkins? At least we have Kary Mullis of PCR fame, but he essentially claimed nurses were not getting AIDs from needle pricks too. By now their reputations would no longer be boosted by speaking out, I’m afraid. It’s just too late for that. Activist warmist Richard Muller has been a more effectively outspoken skeptic of the Hockey Stick Team than the lot of them, and yet those guys are still in charge of peer review in climate “science.”
We know one thing quite clearly: American conservatives won’t vote for a Mormon even when he does support a ban on abortion as VP candidate Paul Ryan loudly suggested. They didn’t show up. Didn’t even vote. No, no, they want a real Bible thumper, only, you know, a young earth Creationist who will ban funding for stem cell research, handing the whole of biology to China and Korea.
Western Colorado had the second wettest Sept. on record. We are now going to have the coldest Dec. ever recorded.
