CW, that clip was certainly educational. I’ve always suspected Nye was a Chaucerian fraud, but this is definitive proof. He actually identified the Nobel Peace Prize as “a scientific prize for making a discovery!” He also correctly notes that, in laymen’s terms, older people are harder to brainwash, hence the intense focus on educating the young.

Rachel Madcow “interviewing” Bill Nye! Kind of like the having a flat tire on the George Washington Bridge during rush hour. Like the dentist pulling the wrong tooth without anesthetic. OR one can just laugh all about it because neither one has a thing to do with seeking the truth and both think they actually influence people to change their mind. If I had to provide examples of people that should not be allowed to breed, both would be in the dossier.

Only those who know they do not have a scientific leg to stand on refuse to debate. After all the entire Scientific Method is all about looking at ALL the data formulating an idea/hypothesis and then trying to tear that hypothesis apart by making predictions based on the hypothesis and seeing if those predictions are on target.

That is why we use the word ‘theory’ There is no such animal as ‘Settled Science’ only the science as we know it today. And anyone who has been involved in science for any length of time knows it changes. Just ask the biologists who earned a degree in the 1960s/early 1970s about Taxonomy then and now.
