And here I am stuck in the living hell that is Arizona – we are suffering from a bout of extreme weather – with highs in the 80s (F) – today in desperation I finally broke down and rolled my sleeves up on my lunch walk. We are doing our best to adapt.

… and another piece of fiction from the Climateers. I once again note my location in East Central Florida is currently marked in white on that map for 0° divergence. I understand this is predictive, but we have been consistently 6°F to 10°F below “average” using the UHI contaminated stations and 10°F to 14°F below in the rural areas where I am. Our “official” low temp today was 46°F, my back deck thermometer, 6′ from a heated structure and 10′ from the pool, was 36°F this AM (probably more like 33°F in reality.) We should be the mid range blue and Orlando should be at least a step lower. Instead, Global Warming is keeping us “normal.” What a crock!
To me that map looks just like yin yang symbol. I guess Buddha was the first climate scientist or meteorologist?
