If Obama was serious about green energy and stopping Iranian nukes, his deal with Iran would be based on replacing Iranian nuclear power with wind and solar.
But he is lying about both, and won’t do either.

Why don’t the negotiators give the Iranians a thorium reactor, provided they stop using uranium reactors? If they say no, then we know they are up to no good.
We already know they are up to no good. The reason this will never be suggested, is that then it would be obvious to all. This administration actually wants to help Iran get nukes while doing it in such a way that it looks like they are trying to stop that from happening. The fact that the US will be one of Irans targets in no way bothers the current office holder at all.
I would actually like to see us set up many thorium reactors to take care of our own needs, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon either.
But America is evil and must pay for its sins. The Little Dick being all powerful must administer the punishment. When the mullahs do nuke us, lets hope they have the common sense that American voters don’t have and take out Washington DC.

I’m still trying to understand the role Iran’s proposed inter-continental ballistic missiles play in either peaceful nuclear energy generation or saving the planet from run-away global warming. Guess I’m just not nuanced enough to comprehend…
If the US gets EMPed, that will likely reduce our CO2 output tremendously in many different and fairly serious ways. (Some immediate impact, and some more over time) More conventional nuclear impacts could cause what we used to call ‘Nuclear Winter’, in addition to some of the previously mentioned effects. So while these would contribute nothing to green energy, it would ‘help’ save the planet from the non-existent global warming. I hope that helps explain things for you.
