NSIDC Explains Climate Versus Weather

Earlier this year, The National Snow and Ice Data Center here in Boulder, Colorado announced a record low winter maximum and record low June ice.  This was due to climate. But the record slow melt over the past two months was due to weather.

NSIDC is run by Mark Serreze, who says the Arctic is screaming.
