NOAA says that June was the hottest month in Earth’s history, despite the fact that
- Satellite temperatures showed it wasn’t even close to hottest. NOAA failed to mention this in their press release, even though they are obviously aware of it.
- The amount of sea ice on Earth in June was the highest in decades
- Parts of Antarctica had their coldest June on record
- The Arctic north of 80N was below normal temperature every day in June, and was first or second coldest on record.
NOAA is attempting to defraud the public, and should be held accountable.
When someone figures out how to hold the government accountable let me know. When over 1/2 the population is dumb as a brick and more keep coming it doesn’t look good.

The PDO in June of 1997 was +2.76 degrees (anomaly). June of 2014 was +0.82 degrees.
That’s the entire Pacific Ocean. I’m calling BS. So it was nearly two degrees cooler in the pacific and was cooler in Arctic and in Antarctica. It was below normal in Australia and has been cold in North America.
The Indian Ocean was be pretty hot right now.

NOAA’s leadership will continue to engage in fraud until their junk science is exposed. They’ve been getting away with manipulating data for so long, there’s no incentive to tell the truth (which, at this point, would get them into big trouble).

I cannot believe this kind of deception is going on. I’ve given & given the benefit of the doubt but there’s no way to slice this other than to say its flat out fraud!! One reason for 3 & 4 is possibly that NCDC/NOAA coverage of the poles is very limited.
Also the difference between 2010 and 2014 is well within the margin of error so in reality they can’t be certain it was a record, even though they state with apparent certainty that it was:
“This surpasses the previous record, set in 2010, by (0.05°F) 0.03°C. Nine of the ten warmest Junes on record have all occurred during the 21st century, including each of the past five years. The margin of error associated with this temperature is ±0.16°F (0.09°C). “
Not only is it hard to believe, its totally not believable full stop.
It was hot no where! There is no spot around the globe in june that was way above average.
Even more mind blowing is they try this stuff when its patently obvious to everyone with a brain that the earth is not warming one iota.
In Austrlaia they wait for a scorching month, then do a huge press release declaring a new record etc etc..
Compared to June 2013 there do seem to be fewer very warm anomalies and very cold anomalies, so in reality less “extreme” temperatures.

I knew with a low temperature last night, Sunday June 20, of 59 degrees that NOAA was lying today. They know they are lying, a few in the media know it and don’t care to double check, but they are and they are bald facedly lying. We have them now.

1. NOAA’s numbers were for the surface, which is not what satellites model.
2. NOAA’s numbers were the global averate surface temperature, not sea ice.
3. NOAA’s numbers were global averages, not just for Antarctica.
4. NOAA’s numbers were global averages, not just for part of the Arctic.

NOAA’s numbers are crap. June was below average here in Germany. Only after NOAA’s announcement and the echo in the German media did the first warmist for 2 years crawl out of a hole and talked about Global Warming; all my Green colleagues were silent for 2 years. Well I told said warmist where to find RSS data; after giving him a short lecture of the lack of warming for the last 17 years (of which he had never heard; being clueless like all warmists).
