It is so much fun to talk about sort of sciency sounding stuff. Let’s try not to end the scam too quickly. We have peer-reviewed papers to publish, and stuff.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Psst, don’t let them know the truth, or the money pipeline stops. Lets keep it between ourselves.
Someone needs to publish a peer reviewed paper that the Great Lakes are going to freeze up almost completely for two years in a row. Apparently the Lakes have not gotten the word about settled science.
The problem with sceptics is that we are too nice. If the greenblob had the kind of massive evidence base of corruption it would have forced the politicians to initiate prosecutions long ago. But no! We just keep writing polite blogs saying “excuse me are you aware that this gentleman has a blood stained knife that if I’m not mistaken appears to correlate with the gaping holes in this other person’s chest and that if you calculate the momentum and trajectory, the two appear to match”?
Why can’t we all march on government with homemade banners shouting meaningless but effective drivel.
It’s not just “skeptics” it’s small government Conservative and Libertarian types as well. We have better things to do like our private, paying jobs, taking care of our families and generally trying to create things that people want. We’ve advanced humanity with our hard work because it was rewarded. For too long we wrongly assumed that the folks we elected were somewhat “normal” and thought as we did. Since we’re a self sufficient group we had little contact with the vast accelerating blob of government largess. The last couple of decades has seen us wake up to a nightmare.
The “hog trough” side of the human race has a bigger problem. No one wanted what they were selling. They didn’t have the drive or gumption to do the hard work so their choices were limited. What they did was band together with other losers so that they could have government FORCE people to buy what they were selling. That ended up being government. They start with forcing “participation” trophies and equal grades on everyone and then they realized they could get paid to “teach” trans gender studies do albino Nigerian prostitute outreach studies as long as they controlled the government purse. Then they realized if they took more from us, they could keep the scams going like that proverbial snowball rolling downhill. The Climate garbage is just a means to and end for them, they’re the kid trying to sell lemonade without the sugar so they’ve got to force people to buy it.
“The problem with sceptics is that we are too nice….”
Agreed that is why I was showing a few teeth yesterday when Pearlwitless showed up.
He was also over at Paul Homewood’s site:

What is interesting is Perlwitz is blogging during working hours….

You could get me with that. I work at home and don’t limit myself to EST “office hours” since I have work going on worldwide. I often hop on the web to take a break… but I still work 10 hours a day, it’s not just all in a row.
Niel you are not working at a government office.
