Obama’s Israeli Coup Has Failed

Netanyahu has demonstrated that Obama can be beaten by a person of strong intellect, character and will.

Unfortunately the Republican leadership in the US doesn’t have anyone who matches that description.

And Ben Carson would be a good ticket.

However the Republican National Committee will likely shove Jeb Bush, a sure loser, down our throats.

Republican “Main Street Advocacy” Attacks Conservative Groups (Generously funded by Unions…)

…According to LaTourette, Main Street Advocacy and Defending Main Street exist because the mammoth RNC, NRSC, and NRCC need help blocking threats against their power.

“No amount of polling will convince those who are content with pandering to the base that what they are doing is damaging the party,” LaTourette sneered…

“For the first time, there will be a group representing the governing wing of the Republican Party that will not only defend itself, but also push back,” LaTourette said…

“We want our party back,” LaTourette…

[Incase you are wondering LaTourette is a RINO]
LaTourette claims to speak for the “centrist” or “moderate” wing of the Republican Party, but his voting record pegs him among the party’s leftmost members.

Tea Party Caucus Chairman: GOP Leaders Need To Stop Attacking Conservatives And Start Listening

…Huelskamp offers encouragement to citizens who are feeling America is on the wrong track with weak congressional leadership.

“We are in a town that continues to move down the progressive route of bigger government every day. If we sit by, the president will continue to take over more and more of our economy, more and more of our lives and take away more of our liberties,” he said.

Speaking directly to viewers who may feel like giving up on politics, Huelskamp worries, “If we do nothing, I guarantee, we could lose it all. As Ronald Reagan said, if America falls, where will people escape to?” Did calls and emails about the Speaker vote make any difference? Huelskamp says, “Absolutely, without a doubt!” Citizen engagement and contact “scares the heck out of [elected members in Congress]!”

Huelskamp was shocked to hear John Boehner, after being reelected House Speaker, decry citizens who called Congress to urge a no vote on him. In this interview he reports that Boehner said, “Too many people were calling into Washington and beating up on his Members.” ….

A Friday, March 13, 2015 Generic Congressional Ballot by Rassmusen showed, ” Nearly one-in-four voters (23%) continue to prefer a third-party candidate or are undecided.”

47% Think Neither Political Party Represents the American People

Here is another attack on the Tea Party carried by Rasmussen Reports. You know you are over the target when they start tossing phrases like “political extremism” and “vandals” and “national cohesion” and “sabotage the economy” and “ruinous obstruction”
October 21, 2013 Peterson Study: Tea Party Extremism Cost Millions of Jobs, Risks Millions More A Commentary By Joe Conason

If Americans learn anything from this month’s shutdown-and-debt-ceiling debacle, they ought to realize that political extremism brings real costs — denominated in dollars and jobs, as well as national cohesion and prestige — and that those costs are not small. As long as the tea party faction continues to wield its malign influence over the Republican leadership in Congress, the threat of further and even worse damage will not subside.

Everyone should heed the clear warning issued by Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, his cohorts on Capitol Hill and the leaders of outfits such as the Tea Party Express and FreedomWorks, all enraged and determined to lash out again as soon as possible. “This was going to be a multistage, extended battle,” said Cruz, “but we’ve also seen a model that I think is the model going forward to defeat Obamacare, to bring back jobs, economic growth…”

Only a dwindling fraction of voters is still mesmerized by such demagogic nonsense, but their anger intimidates enough Republicans to ensure that Cruz and company can seek to sabotage the economy again — and they will. So it is vital for everyone to understand what these vandals have inflicted on us already…..

Just as disturbing as all of this sad waste of human potential is the incredible pettiness of the goals pursued by the Republican leadership. Their ultimate, most pathetic demand was to deny health insurance to their own aides.

So when Cruz and the tea party tell you their holy crusade against health care will “bring back jobs,” assume the opposite (and act accordingly). There is no bipartisan compromise on offer here — only more of the same ruinous obstruction, and worse.

Your job won’t be secure until they lose theirs.

So who the heck is Joe Conason?

Joe Conason is an American journalist, author and political commentator. He writes a column for Salon.com and has written a number of books, including Big Lies (2003), which addresses what he says are myths spread about liberals by conservatives. He currently is editor-in-chief at The National Memo, a leftwing political newsletter and website.

I like Walker. But though the progressives have done their best to destroy him and he has not only survived but thrived. But now the long knives on the more conservative side are coming out and he will have to contend with that.

The way I see it the Progressives, through their press, always have and always will show you who they fear most. And it seems to me that nobody since Palin has been the target of so much of their foul bile as the Gov. of Wisconsin over the last few years.

Walker is not my ideal candidate but he has proven that he can overcome the worst the progressives can summon and not only survive but get conservative measures passed in a rather progressive state. Besides the fact that his a fiscal conservative that led the successful effort to turn his states finances from the disastrous path that it was going down.

On top of that it seems that he really has a chance to win all the marbles.

Not only did it fail. It didn’t come close. I guess the press in the US and Israel were just projecting their desired result.

“With nearly 95 percent of precincts reporting before dawn on Wednesday, the Likud holds a major edge over Zionist Union in the distribution of Knesset seats.”

If the repubs were smart (and I have my doubts), they would not just announce a ticket, but name the cabinet as well starting with John Bolton as Secretary of State.

  5. jamzw says:

The Republican establishment would love Jeb, so naturally we fear that is going to happen. It isn’t. He is increasingly despised by the grass roots, who once thought well of him.

Walker is the only Republican who can be relied upon to actually attempt what he claims he will do. Unfortunately there is no Republican with the imagination necessary to roll back the juggernaut of progressive politics. Republicans are fixers, at best. Walker is that.

  6. Brian H says:

Obama made both the last mid-terms and the Israeli elections plebiscites on his policies and plans. And then deplored the results.

    Looks good on him.
