I’ve lived in Colorado for 20 years.
We have had only two years with no leaves on the Cottonwood trees at the end of April – those years were 2013 and 2014.

Thank you, Steven, for your service to society. Perhaps the propaganda will now collapse:
The following message was just sent to Staff members of the US
Congressional Space Science & Technology Committee:
Are you willing to use your position as members of the Congressional
Space Science and Technology Committee to resolve the dilemma that now threatens to destroy our society?
1. FEAR of nuclear annihilation catalyzed an alliance of world leaders
and scientists to form the United Nations in 1945 and to forbid knowledge of the source of energy that destroyed Hiroshima and
Nagasaki.
2. FEAR of retaliation for sixty-nine years (2014 – 1945 = 69 yrs) of
deceit now blocks this alliance of world leaders and scientists from
accepting reality and being grateful to the “Sustainer of Life.”

WE (all) inhabitants of planet Earth (Democrats and Republicans, alike, AGW deniers and believers) need your help so that we can join together at the start each day with a song of praise for another day of life, like this!

Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to this and my prior
(April 26, 2014) request for your assistance in getting science and
society back on track.

Cat Stevens (the writer and singer of “Morning Is Broken”) became a devout Muslim, and repudiated his music. Consider the irony of that, and what it tells you about Islam.
I am in North Carolina and the oak trees are still not in full leaf.
Mine are just now blooming. Four days of rain kept the pollen blast down.
Here, just north of Portlandia, in the newly imprisoned by cap n tax state, things look pretty normal.
Another freeze warning here in the Grand Valley. Peaches have survived, but cherries and apricots are toast. Last freeze is usually April 15th.
Same here on Long Island. NO leaves yet on ANY trees. This year has had the latest blooming of weeping cherry trees, and Forsythia than I can ever remember. The Forsythia’s are now in bloom and it’s May. I have NEVER seen this. Most years they bloom in early April and I have seen them bloom as early as late February in some very warm years.
I have never in my life even thought about firing up the furnace in May. I’m freezing my ass off today!
As we are at the end of a 10,000 yr interglacial, we are starting to enter the next Ice Age
